Principle Principle


The red LED emits a light source, which is converted into parallel light through an optical lens and passes through the test area. When the object under test enters the test area, it blocks part of the parallel light. This light is then focused by a lens and converted into an electric signal on the photoreceptor element. By analyzing the current differences in the photosensitive element, it can determine whether there are bumps or indentations on the object being tested.
