In multi-wire production, defect detection for surface irregularities is crucial. The LN-1005 and LN-2004 detectors can be connected to a controller to form a multi-wire simultaneous detection system.

These detectors are suitable for monitoring high-speed production lines during processes such as stretching, coating, sheathing, and coloring. They precisely detect subtle defects such as lumps, necking, blisters, bubbles, rough spots, scratches, particles, coating peeling, and bruising.

A complete system can support up to 32 production lines, making it ideal for multi-wire manufacturing environments.
