Principle Principle


The system utilizes a computer-controlled high-voltage unit to generate and apply DC high voltage to the high-voltage wheel. When defective enameled wire passes through the high-voltage wheel, it breaks down the insulation layer, generating a leakage current signal. This signal is captured by the signal acquisition module and transmitted to the microprocessing center. The processed data is then sent to the computer for analysis, summary, display, and recording of various parameters.
