Principle Principle




The laser beam is emitted from a semiconductor laser, reflected by a multi-faceted mirror and a plane mirror, and then passes through a collimating F(θ) lens to scan the measured object in parallel alignment. The shadow of the beam formed by the measured object is focused through the receiver lens and converted into an electronic signal. The size of the measured object is calculated based on the time taken for the beam to be blocked and form a shadow.

    The system is equipped with an air blowing device to remove dust particles adhered to the surface of the measured object, improving measurement stability and accuracy.

Equipped with a high-precision moving platform and advanced positioning sensors, it automatically captures and analyzes measurement data, accurately detecting the position of each wire.

The LSG-6000 inspection laser measurement and control system is suitable for production equipment with wire counts ranging from 1 to 40. The detection speed can be adjusted between 3 to 10 seconds per wire, depending on the on-site conditions, to flexibly meet different production needs.

    It is primarily used for: measuring the outer diameter of extremely fine wires, metal drawing wires, diamond wires, tungsten wires, optical fibers, nylon wires, enameled wires, and more.
